Enjoy the ethereal blend of Colorado Clover Honey, Coriander Seed, and Chamomile. Easy drinking from right here in Estes.  ABV 6% 

Longs Peak Raspberry Wheat~

"Give 'em the old Razzle Dazzle!" This one's a crowd pleaser.  You'll find prominent raspberry flavor and aroma in this clean American Wheat beer. Special German malt lends a crisp tartness that invites you to try another sip.  ABV 4.2%

Redrum Ale~

The spirit of the Stanley Hotel resides in this copper colored ale. It has an eerie red hue and a ghostly hop presence. Don't be afraid to try one!  ABV 4.5%, 24 IBU

Samson Stout~

Celebrating the memory of our favorite bull "Samson the Elk," unofficial mascot to Estes Park. This oatmeal stout boasts a nutty aroma and silky texture to hasten you to tranquility where you may reflect on his greatness.  ABV 5.4%

Colorado Native Seasonal: SAISON~

French and Belgian style SAISON Farmhouse Ale. Colorado white and wheat and pilsner malts are balanced with western slope hops and fermented with Belgian and French style yeast from Colorado to produce and light and fruity taste and a spicy aroma.  ABV 5%, 25 IBU 

Colorado Native Amber Lager~

Colorado’s “Homegrown” Beer, brewed with 100% of ingredients found right here in the Rocky Mountains.  Moderate caramel-malt sweetness and clean hop bitterness interact with the fruity hop flavors.  ABV 5.5%, 38 IBU

Colorado Native IPL~

“An IPA done better,” if you will. To get this clean, crisp character, we brewed an IPA-STYLE beer using LAGER yeast. We believe the lager yeast is superior. This intensely bittered beer is balanced by toasted malts to create a hop lover’s dream.  ABV 6.1%, 55 IBU

Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter~

A full-bodied porter that gets its dark luscious color from the generous use of roasted malts.  You’ll get just the right amount of chocolate and peanut butter to question whether you’re drinking a glass of delicious suds or popping a peanut butter cup in your mouth.   ABV 6.5%, 55 IBU

New Belgium, Fort Collins, CO -

Tartastic, Lemon Ginger Sour Ale  ($7/bottle)~

Brace yourself for a refreshingly tart snap. Tartastic's lacto sour profile and fruity, spicy undertones enliven the taste buds with each bright, sessionable sip.  ABV 4.5%, 3 IBU

Citradelic, Tangerine IPA  ($7/bottle)~

Bored by the status quo? Expand your palate. Introduce your nose to a blend of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine hop. Lighter are the herbal and caramel notes. Excite your taste buds with mild sweetness that transitions to a well-balanced bitterness.  ABV 6%, 50 IBU

Fat Tire  ($6/bottle)~

Unique flavor profile originates from the late 1930s, when local Belgian breweries aimed to satisfy the tastes of visiting British soldiers. English floral hops, subtle malt sweetness and spicy, fruity notes from Belgian yeast made for a balanced yet magical combination.  ABV 5.2%, 22 IBU

Dale's Pale Ale~

Delivers a hoppy nose and assertive-but-balanced flavors of pale malts and citrus-y floral hops from start to finish.  ABV 6.5%, 65 IBU

Mama’s Little Yella Pils~

Mama’s is built with 100% pale malt, German specialty malts, and Saaz hops. It’s rich with Czeched-out flavor make it a luxurious, but low-dose, refresher.  ABV 5.3%, 35 IBU

Priscilla American White Wit Wheat~

Light bodied with a subtle savory spice accent and a dry, lightly tart finish you can nearly feel the flicker of the neon and sounds of the King.  ABV 5.2%, 20 IBU

 RedHawk Scottish Ale~  

Our Scottish Ale is made with 2-row barley and a blend of crystal and kilned malts. The rich caramel & malt flavor is balanced with Goldings hops for a smooth flavor, & a toasted, nutty finish.   ABV 5%

Hopyard IPA~

First Wort Hopping contributes to the complex flavors of this India Pale Ale. A blend of American and German hops creates the depth and bitterness that drives this rabbit hoppy. Dry hopping after fermentation makes you think you’re in the middle of a hopyard.  ABV 6.7%

Lightning Strike Stout~

Our Oatmeal Stout is as rich in flavor as it is dark. Brewed with caramel and chocolate malts, roasted malt, barley, and oats; coffee-like dryness and aroma punctuates the malt sweetness.  ABV 6.3%

A light ale brewed with fresh ginger to create a spicy aroma and unique flavor.  A little Juju voodoo – fresh ginger kisses the lithe malty body, conjoining with the hop in this pale-ale ancestor. White Rascal~

An authentic Belgian style white ale, this Rascal is unfiltered and cleverly spiced with coriander and Curaçao orange peel producing a refreshingly zesty classic ale.  ABV 5.6%

El Gose~

A German-style sour ale with lime and sea salt. A timeless, traditional tart gose (goes-uh) with its zesty and salty disposition is brightened by a tangy citrus twist. A bier for every día!  ABV 4.5%

Tread Lightly Ale~

A well-balanced and easy-drinking ale with subtle citrus hop character and a crisp, clean finish. As refreshing as a summer ale but made to enjoy all year. **The gluten content of this product cannot be verified and this product may contain gluten**  ABV 4.9%, 20 IBU

Raspberry Ale~

This delightfully drinkable ale offers a crisp, yet complex, balance of subtle fruit flavor and aroma with a zesty, citrusy finish. Brewed with natural raspberry puree and orange peel. *Gluten Free, has been tested by Midwest Laboratories.  ABV 5.0%, 15 IBU

Seclusion IPA~

An IPA brewed with light malts and dry hopped to create a hop forward citrus note. This four-times hopped IPA is robust and aromatic with just the right amount of bitterness.  *Gluten Free, has been tested by Midwestern Laboratories.  ABV 4.9%, 50 IBU

Off-dry Apple Cider~

Distinct apple aroma, juicy and clean with a balanced acidity.  ABV 5.8%

Hopped Apple Cider~

Floral and Citrus fruit intermingle with apple on the nose giving way to a tart apple zing without and bitterness.  ABV 6.7%

Raspberry Apple Cider~

Tartness from the raspberries and apples meld in this dry, refreshing cider.  ABV 6.7%

A balanced pale ale brewed with a kiss of Rye to compliment and balance the Nugget and Perle hops.  ABV 5.5%

Ogg’s FM (F@#&in’ Magic) Altbier~

A smooth German Amber, very smooth and easy to drink for a darker beer.  ABV 5.9%

DirtyFace IPA~

Well-hopped and dank with a lighter body. Citrus, Pine and Tropical notes make for a fun and complex flavor profile.   ABV 6%

Thurman’s Stout~

Named for the owners’ mostly loyal brew dog, this is a crispy and roasty American Stout.  ABV 5.8%

Rockcut Brewery, Estes Park (32 oz. Crowlers, cans) -

Enos Pils ($14)~

Czech pils, slightly sweet and soft, light and crisp. This beer delivers more flavor than a typical American pils.  ABV 5.4% 30 IBUs

Altruism ($16)~

German-style amber centers on complex toasted bread flavors with mild German hop flavor and moderate bittering arriving at a crisp finish.  ABV 5.2% 47 IBUs

(Featured) Idaho Quickdraw ($14)~

Single Hop Pale Ale, named for the hops being used at the time, creating a different beer every time without being overpowering.  ABV 4-5%

East Coast Portal IPA ($20) ~

Fashioned after some of the beautiful and fruity IPA’s coming from the east coast of the UAS, this hazy brew brings massive fruit flavors and aromas tangerine and sweet citrus to your senses.  Soft on the palate and without the overpowering bitterness of many IPA’s this beer is highly drinkable.  ABV 4-5% 47 IBU
